– 1 three-pound bag of frozen chicken wings or fresh wings
– About ½ cup of NIKKI’S HOT SEASONING
~No need to add extra salt – all spices have been blended perfectly for this recipe~
Allow wings to thaw thoroughly, preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Rinse wings in cool water and drain in a colander. Pour NIKKI’S HOT SEASONING into a shallow bowl. Place wings – one at a time – in the bowl and coat completely with the seasoning. Add more seasoning if needed. Leftover seasoning MUST be discarded!
Preheat grill to about 375. Place wings on grill and close lid. Turn wings every ten minutes until the skin of the wing is crispy and seasoning is blackened. Each wing will vary in cooking time from between 35 to 45 minutes. Makes 24 to 30 wings.
