4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 cup water
1/4 cup jalapenos, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 (plus) cup mayonnaise to taste
2 tbs NIKKI’S HOT SEASONING
~no need to add extra salt – all spices have been blended perfectly for this recipe~
Coat chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of NIKKI’S HOT SEASONING and steam for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Cube/shread chicken and fold in jalapenos, sun-dried tomatoes, mayonnaise and remaining tablespoon of NIKKI’S HOT ASS SEASONING. Makes about 6 cups.
